I’ve tried three times and even went as far as going on the actual web instead of incognito mode in hope it would work and I still got nothing then I start reading other people’s problems so it seems this site is a scam I’ll continue to go back to leeching I suppose at least I know some of those will work

I'm trying to get my voucher to renew my subscription for the year. I have paid but did not get the Premium Key Voucher in my email. Who do I contact to get this issue resolved ? This guestbook thing is the only thing that might pretend to be a Service Desk that I've found . A phone number would also help if you can't provide an email help desk for problems like this. Thanks- other than this little snafu, I've liked using your service for the past year. Jeff

All of the sudden I can't download files when I click on the download button. I tried to click on the download button on several different files and it isn't working. It just opens a new tab like it's about to download and then just redirects the page to the same link that I clicked the download button. Please help!

I have been trying to access service but get a Banned notice. I have yet to upload anything to the site so it can't be unauthorized content. I paid for a year. Please correct.

Premium user. I attempt to download a file and then it immediately "completes" after clicking but leaves me with a husk of a 0byte download. Can confirm files in question previously downloaded fine. Will not be subscribing back if unresolved before my premium runs out.

Hi emloade. After downloading a few files, my IP received a 178.255.168.24 ban. What was the reason for that? Can I request unblocking?
